What the information here is

Editorial opinion, based on research. Our recommendations are judgments built from manufacturer specifications, retail prices we have checked, and published reviews by others. How we pick sets out the method.
Not test results. We do not test these products and we say so throughout. Any judgment about how a camera handles or how its photographs look is attributed to the outlet that published it.
Dated, not live. Prices and specifications were correct on the dates stated on each page. They change. The date is shown so you can judge how much to rely on it.
General, not personal advice. We do not know your circumstances, and nothing here is a professional recommendation tailored to you.

Prices and availability

Every price on this site is a figure we fetched from a named listing on a stated date. It is research, not a quotation, and it may already be wrong by the time you read it.

We are not the seller and cannot honor any price shown here.
Buy buttons send you to the current listing precisely so that you see the real price rather than ours.
Products go out of stock and get discontinued. We re-check quarterly and correct what we find, but a page can be out of date between checks.
Tell us when something is wrong and we will fix it with a dated note. That is the fastest route to the page being right.

Your purchase is with the retailer

When you follow a link from this site and buy something, the contract is between you and that retailer. We are not a party to it.

Payment, delivery, returns, warranty and faults are all matters for the retailer and the manufacturer.
